Bostico International provide professional Roma translators, interpreters and translation services. The language Roma does not exactly exist as such, it is a mix/mash of Romanian, Bulgarian, and Hungarian and possibiliy a few more langauges thrown in. The closest resemblance will be Romanian but the interpreter will need to be familiar with a lot of the borrowed words so providing a Roma interpreter can be tricky. It is spoken mainly by Gypsy people around Romania and there is no real writing system. What we usually do is organise a conference call between our linguists and your client (where possible) te ascertain if they understand each other or not. If you require a Roma interpreter, please give us a call so we can advise you better. Roma combines various eastern European languages such as Romanian, Hungarian, and Bulgarian. Because the Roma language is formed from 3 completely non mutually intelligible languages, no single translator can fully understand it and because it has no written form, many do not even consider it an official language.
