Conference Telephone Interpreter Services

We provide secure recorded conference telephone interpreting services for all languages via our own in-house and completely private telephone conferencing system. We can simultaneously connect up to 100 telephone numbers including mobiles and international lines for large conferences and all calls are actively mannaged and we can mute or disconnect and reconnect parties on the fly. All call recordings are held in our own private secure data vault which is an actual/genuine bank vault converted for live data storage with 15inch thick walls and a 2tn mechanical vault door. No 3rd parties are required or involved in the entire process in any way. We hold all call recordings for up to 6 years and you can request a copy at any time and you can also manually request that they are removed.

Interpreting and Call Charges

If you require a telephone interpreter, we will need to know the language you require, the date and time of the call, and all of the numbers to call. Interpreting time and call charges are billed separately. Call charges are 45p per minute per call for UK landlines and 55p per minute per call for UK mobiles (international numbers are priced individually). In all cases you will be provided a full written quote prior to the call which will detail and confirm these rates.

Our telephone interpreting service is ideal for emergencies or immediate interpreting requirements where you need someone on short notice. It is often useful to brief the interpreter before the interpreting assignment, so that our interpreter is familiar with the activities of your company and the purpose of the call. We would appreciate copies of any documentation relevant to the assignment, particularly any texts that may be discussed in detail. Telephone interpreting can be used, for example, as an initial enquiry with a view to setting up a first meeting, to check export orders, to book meetings or make appointments, to find out information, or to interview someone. Our interpreters are professional, accurate and will remain neutral in any situation and will never offer an opinion. They can be specialised in marketing, medicine, business, technical and financial terminology. All conversations are kept strictly confidential.
